Creation of a healthcare centre in Dababou, Guinea.
Aniké is a Belgian not-for-profit organisation that sets up and supports health projects with local partners in the West African country of Guinea Conakry. The aim is to improve the living conditions of women and vulnerable children.
The New Life Fund supported Aniké vzw in the development of a health centre in Dabadou, more specifically for the reference centre for female genital mutilation/cutting. Attention is paid to the detection, treatment and support of women with complications due to female genital mutilation/cutting, as well as high risk screening.
